The World Beat Festival is Oregon’s largest multicultural event, and the largest gathering in downtown Salem each year. The Festival provides space where people can gather to share their cultural heritage and traditions through music, dance, the arts, and food. We welcome applications from vendors and exhibitors who share our core values and wish to promote intercultural understanding in a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Vendors looking to sell cultural food, snacks or other non-food items. Please review the 2024 Vendor Guidelines for other important information prior to applying.

Please note that all Food Vendors are required to run a sales report and provide a Z-tape at the end of each day. If you do not currently have the capabilities to do so, you will need to coordinate this before coming!
Cultural Exhibitors are groups or organizations looking to share their cultural heritage or cause - not make a profit.

Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee participation in the 2024 World Beat Festival. All submissions will be vetted through a committee. If you are representing multiple groups, please submit one form for each group.
We are looking for entertainers who wish to share their cultural heritage through music and dance - although we are always looking for new ways to share culture! For inquires outside of performances, please contact info@salemmulticultural.org to discuss your options.
