This year, Salem Multicultural Institute partnered with the Salem Mainstreet Association to decorate downtown Salem and celebrate the winter holidays. Be sure to check out the window paintings on the JC Penny building and see our holiday display inside the Salem Center, near the Chemeketa street entrance!
